The King Has Conquered Game 7!

Here we are once again ladies and gentlemen! Our favorite basketball player LeBron James has conquered another game seven, but this time it was against a familiar foe in the Boston Celtics. Or should I say the baby Boston Celtics that have some future super stars on their roster that fell at the might hand of King James!

After a back and forth series it all came down to a game seven at TD Garden for Lebron and his Cavaliers had to do what they haven not been able to do all series long, and that is beat the Boston Celtics at home. It is important to point out that the Celtics did not win in Cleveland either. However, when it was time for LeBron to show off his greatness, he did it in such a fashion that you can’t help but respect.

James dropped 35 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists in the win despite the shooting struggles his team had from three-point range. The Celtics as a team struggled from behind the arc as well shooting 17.9% from three and it just seemed like no one wanted to attack the basket.

However, all of that changed mid way through the third quarter when both teams started to exchange lead changes that sent fans into a frenzy at the arena, social media and beyond. If you weren’t leaning towards the edge of your seat as the second half of this game was unfolding then you are not a fan of game sevens!

Or you might just not be a big LeBron fan. That is ok. Not everyone is able to appreciate his greatness without always bringing up the comparisons between him and Michael Jordan. Which in my mind is a debate that will never end even when LeBron is gone and retired from the NBA.

The biggest thing you need to take away from this is the fact that LeBron is now about to make his eighth NBA finals appearance, and that we might be staring down the barrel of another finals featuring the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors, pending the outcome of game seven in the western conference finals tonight.
