It’s been another great season of Monday Night Football. Now it comes down to the Broncos and the Bengals. I really thought that the Broncos would win this game, but the Bengals proved otherwise.
During the early stages of the game both teams looked evenly matched. Then the Bengals Defense started to confuse the Broncos offense. What the Bengals did was show one type of defensive scheme and then right before the ball was snapped they would shift into another defense. This was the beginning of a long night for “The Sheriff” Peyton Manning.
At half time the score was 20-7 with the Bengals leading. Then the Broncos Offense went on a scoring spree putting up 21 points in the 3rd quarter. They would take the lead, but it wouldn’t last very long.
During the 4th quarter Peyton Manning threw 3 interceptions and one would be returned for a touchdown by Bengals Cornerback Dre KirkPatrick. Manning had 4 interceptions on the entire game.
Overall the Broncos offense did what they could, but it came down to 4 turnovers and a lack of a proficient run game. The Bengals defense was totally dominant and proved themselves a force to be reconned with. The Broncos must play alot better in order to make it back to the Superbowl like they want to.
